Flipkart CEO Kalyan Krishnamurthy said through an email that the company will launch a new platform to sell refurbished goods. According to the news, the email said that on the basis of our experience with eBay, we will launch a brand new platform with refurbished goods. It is a big market, which is occupied by the unorganized market.

Let us know that the company will close all customer transactions on eBay Dot Inn from 14 August 2018. Krishnamurthy also said that it will be our endeavor that all the sellers and customers of eBay.in should go on new platforms over time. He said that we are committed to investing in this new independent brand. eBay had stepped into the Indian market in 2004. eBay India was bought by Flipkart last year only.

Earlier, eBay had announced the end of its partnership with Flipkart and the re-launch of eBay India. eBay said in the statement that along with the completion of the transaction, we will end our current strategic relationship with Flipkart.
